Frederick Manguso has been in business since 1975 with Norman B. Johnson, LS. He has been licensed since 1987.

His Daughter Tracy (Manguso) Spada worked with her father in her youth. She went on to get a Bachelors in Surveying Engineering Technology.  She has 15 years experience and has been licensed since 2011.

Our firm has over 100 years of records including those of Norman B. Johnson, William C. Buckland and Wilson M. Hunter.

We are a family own and run business.
